進口高壓迷宮式調(diào)節(jié)閥，采用了迷宮式閥籠，迷宮式閥籠由同多個同軸表面分布著迷宮曲徑的圓柱碟片組成。根據(jù)介質(zhì)工藝參數(shù)不同，設(shè)計不同的迷宮曲徑規(guī)格與疊合層數(shù)組成閥籠，閥籠將總的流道分成許多細小的迂回甚至臺階狀分布的節(jié)流流道，迫使流體不斷地改變流向與流通面積逐步降低流體的壓力，以達到預防閃蒸空化的發(fā)生，延長閥內(nèi)件的使用壽命。

The imported high-pressure labyrinth control valve adopts a labyrinth cage. The labyrinth cage is composed of cylindrical discs with labyrinth paths distributed on multiple coaxial surfaces. According to different medium process parameters, different labyrinth path specifications and the number of superimposed layers are designed to form the valve cage. The valve cage divides the total flow channel into many small tortuous or even stepped throttling flow channels, forcing the fluid to constantly change the flow direction and the flow area to gradually reduce the fluid pressure to prevent the occurrence of flash evaporation and cavitation and extend the service life of the valve internals.
